Operator terms for DELIGENDA

Service and consent

Info Vault Studio provides DELIGENDA, an independent editorial and media-production workflow. Its YouTube integration lets an authenticated operator upload eligible DELIGENDA videos to a YouTube channel that the operator has explicitly authorized. Before starting a new Google authorization transaction, the private control surface requires the operator to review and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Operator responsibility

The operator is responsible for the selected YouTube channel, requested visibility, Made for Kids declaration, title, description, and the decision to enable or disable scheduled YouTube publishing. The service does not transfer final publishing responsibility to an AI model.

YouTube requirements

By using the DELIGENDA YouTube integration, the operator agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Use of the integration is also subject to the YouTube Community Guidelines and applicable copyright and privacy rules. The operator must have the rights and permissions needed to upload each video.

Safety and availability

The service may keep a requested public or unlisted video private when processing, authorization, channel identity, compliance, or delivery state cannot be proven. Ambiguous external requests may require explicit reconciliation instead of automatic retry.

Disconnect and deletion

The operator may withdraw consent and disconnect YouTube from the private control surface. The service immediately blocks normal use of the stored credential, attempts programmatic Google OAuth revocation, and deletes locally stored YouTube Authorized Data as soon as possible and no later than seven calendar days after the withdrawal request.

If Google's revocation result is ambiguous or unsuccessful, an encrypted credential may remain isolated solely for an explicit revocation retry. It cannot be used for normal YouTube API operations while that resolution is pending. Local Authorized Data deletion does not wait for provider revocation confirmation, and local deletion does not delete videos or other content already hosted by YouTube.

After cleanup, a minimal local job identifier and canonical MP4 SHA-256 fingerprint may remain solely to prevent an accidental duplicate upload. That fingerprint is local media identity and does not retain YouTube video IDs, channel IDs, OAuth credentials, provider responses, titles, or descriptions.

Changes

Material changes to YouTube authorization or publishing behavior will be reflected in this public policy surface before the corresponding production behavior is enabled.
