Service

Info Vault Studio provides DELIGENDA, an independent editorial and media-production workflow. Its YouTube integration lets an authenticated operator upload eligible DELIGENDA videos to a YouTube channel that the operator has explicitly authorized.

Operator responsibility

The operator is responsible for the selected YouTube channel, requested visibility, Made for Kids declaration, title, description, and the decision to enable or disable scheduled YouTube publishing. The service does not transfer final publishing responsibility to an AI model.

YouTube requirements

Use of the integration is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube Community Guidelines, and applicable copyright and privacy rules. The operator must have the rights and permissions needed to upload each video.

Safety and availability

The service may keep a requested public or unlisted video private when processing, authorization, channel identity, compliance, or delivery state cannot be proven. Ambiguous external requests may require explicit reconciliation instead of automatic retry.

Disconnect and deletion

The operator may disconnect YouTube or request deletion of locally stored YouTube API data from the private control surface. Some minimal local delivery fingerprints may remain where necessary to prevent an accidental duplicate upload.

Changes

Material changes to YouTube authorization or publishing behavior will be reflected in this public policy surface before the corresponding production behavior is enabled.
